Welcome to YY Tech Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website (www.yytechglobalsolutions.com) and the engagement of our 3-in-1 digital marketing, IT support, office administration, and custom software development services.

By accessing this website and engaging our services, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to use YY Tech Global Solutions' website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Provisions & Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to YY Tech Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
• "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website or engaging our services.
• "Services" refers to all packages, software, hardware, and consulting provided by YY Tech Global Solutions, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Computer & Tech Support, Office Administration, and Custom Software Development.

2. Service Packages & Subscriptions

• Monthly Packages: Our tiered services (Starter, Growth, Professional, Executive, and Elite) are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Ad Budgets: Any ad budgets included in your package (e.g., 5,000 LKR for the Starter Package) are strictly allocated to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). The Company is not responsible for the changing ad rates or policies of these external platforms.
• Hardware Sales: Computer systems and hardware packages are sold with specified manufacturer warranties. The Company provides installation and software support as agreed upon at the point of sale.

3. Custom Software & The 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for custom software development projects, subject to the following terms:

• Scope of Trial: The trial is intended solely for the Client to test the functionality and UI/UX of the developed software within our secure testing portal.
• Intellectual Property During Trial: The software, source code, and all related intellectual property remain the sole and exclusive property of YY Tech Global Solutions during the trial period.
• Data Security: While we ensure high security on our testing portals, clients are advised not to upload highly sensitive live customer data during the trial phase.
• Post-Trial Action: Upon the conclusion of the 14 days, the Client must either agree to a purchasing/licensing contract to deploy the software live or the trial access will be revoked.

4. Payments, Billing & Invoicing

• All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Monthly service package invoices must be paid in full by the date specified on the invoice to ensure uninterrupted service (especially for continuous services like server hosting and ad management).
• Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of services, including website hosting, IT support, and marketing campaigns.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Marketing Assets: Upon full payment, the Client retains ownership of the final marketing creatives (images, videos, copy) produced specifically for their campaigns.
• Software & Code: For custom web applications and software (unless a full copyright buyout is explicitly negotiated and stated in writing), YY Tech Global Solutions retains the rights to the underlying codebase, libraries, and frameworks used to build the software. The Client is granted a license to use the software.
• Client Materials: The Client guarantees that any logos, images, or text provided to the Company for use in marketing or web design are legally owned by the Client or properly licensed.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Communication: The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, passwords, assets, and approvals required for the Company to execute its marketing and IT services effectively. Delay in providing these may affect project timelines and results.
• Lawful Use: The Client agrees to use our services and software only for lawful purposes. The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client uses our infrastructure for illegal activities, spamming, or violating third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

• YY Tech Global Solutions acts as a service provider. We deploy industry-best strategies for digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation; however, we cannot guarantee specific financial gains, sales volumes, or third-party search engine rankings.
• While we implement strict data backup and disaster recovery protocols, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from unforeseen server outages, third-party software failures, or cyber-attacks.

8. Termination of Service

• Monthly Packages: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription packages by providing a written notice of 30 days.
• Breach of Terms: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
