At YY Tech Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to deliver enterprise-grade digital services, software, and hardware. Because we offer a unique combination of physical goods and intangible digital services, our refund and return policies vary depending on the type of product or service you have purchased.
Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services or purchasing hardware.
1. Monthly Service Subscriptions (Marketing, IT, Admin)
Our tiered service packages (Starter, Growth, Professional, Executive, Elite) are billed on a month-to-month subscription basis.
- Non-Refundable: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced and our team has begun actively managing your account, executing campaigns, or providing IT support.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. You will be billed for the final 30 days, and services will continue until the end of that period.
- Third-Party Ad Spend: Any funds allocated for advertising budgets (e.g., Meta Ads, Google PPC, TikTok) that have already been deposited to or spent on those third-party platforms are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Custom Software & Web Development
We mitigate the risk of custom software development by offering our 14-Day Free Trial on our secure testing portal before final deployment.
- Deposits: Any initial deposits or milestone payments agreed upon to commence the coding and development process are non-refundable, as they cover the immediate labor and engineering hours of our team.
- Post-Trial Acceptance: Once the 14-day free trial concludes and you officially sign off on the software for live deployment, the final purchase/licensing fee is non-refundable.
- Bug Fixes: If you discover technical bugs or errors after deployment, these do not qualify for a refund. Instead, they will be resolved promptly under our standard technical troubleshooting and maintenance agreements.
3. Physical Hardware & Custom Computer Systems
This section applies to the sale of custom-built PCs (Home, Content Creator, Super PC), networking gear, CCTV systems, and AV equipment.
Returns & Exchanges (Standard Goods)
- We accept returns or exchanges for unboxed, unused, and sealed hardware within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, complete with all manuals, cables, and accessories.
- Custom PC Builds: Because our computer systems are custom-engineered and built-to-order based on your specific requirements, we do not accept "change of mind" returns for completed custom PC builds once the order is finalized and assembled.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective Items
- If a piece of hardware is delivered defective or fails immediately upon installation, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery/installation. We will inspect the item and provide a direct replacement at no additional cost.
Hardware Warranty Claims
- After the initial 7-day period, defective hardware falls under the manufacturer's warranty.
- YY Tech Global Solutions will assist you in processing warranty claims. Warranty repairs or part replacements will be handled according to the specific manufacturer's timeline and terms. Warranties do not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical surges (unless specifically protected by an installed UPS/surge protector).
4. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and SSL certificates.
- Third-party software licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365, specialized premium plugins, Odoo enterprise licenses) once activated.
- Server hosting fees once the server has been provisioned.
- Installation labor fees (e.g., CCTV installation, network cabling) once the physical work has been completed at your premises.
